The master does not need to adapt and keep the desired cutting angle, as in flat discs. This favorably reflects on the hands and joints of the master. Work conveniently and comfortably.

The weight of the disc is very light. Only 3 grams! This allows you to work successfully even on low-power machines and in a wide range of speeds. The MULTIBOR™ Pedicure Disc is a professional quality tool. Lightweight, durable, optimally balanced. At high and very high speeds it does not vibrate, does not bend. Manufactured as a single piece shank and disc with abrasive coating:

• The 2.35 mm shank is made of high quality medical grade stainless steel
• Disc with a diameter of 23 mm made of hard plastic. The top layer of the disc is coated with a very sharp and hard alumina abrasive. Its hardness is 9 units. Only the diamond has more - 10 units.
• The abrasive layer is firmly attached to the disc on a composite bond. The technology was developed and patented in of the MULTIBOR™ company in 2011

MULTIBOR™ pedicure discs can be subjected to chemical liquid disinfection and sterilization in preparations for flexible endoscopes (e.g. Surfanios lemon fresh and Aniosept activ, ANIOS or CIDEX, ASP ).
